3. Review details and submit

You’ve confirmed the recipient list, picked out the gift package and reviewed the costs, the last thing to do is to hit send! The gift recipients will be notified that they have a gift waiting for them. They will be asked to provide a delivery address before their gift is processed. You only pay for the gifts that are redeemed.

4. Sit back and relax!

Our fulfillment centers will process the order and have it sent out via our national shipping partners. The recipient will receive tracking information so they know when to expect the delivery. On our dashboard, you can review gift redemption, order tracking/delivery information and more. Our support team will oversee your gift orders and proactively step in if there are any issues.
